
1. SHIPPING POLICY
Wayne Pte Ltd typically ships within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) upon receiving your payment. For example, if you place your order on a Monday, it will be ship before Thursday. Although we process orders during weekends and holidays, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.
All orders will be shipped using registered mail unless otherwise explicitly stated. Non-registered shipping does not give our customer recourse in the event packages go missing. In order to help us process your order more efficiently, we appreciate if you could fill in your shipping address properly.
Local Shipping
We offer registered mail and courier shipping for addresses within Singapore. For registered mail within Singapore, our packages are classified under non-letters/documents category. As such, it may take up to three (3) working days for it to be delivered. For orders below SGD450, a flat rate of SGD10 will be charged.
After your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider, you may track the delivery status of your parcel with your 6-digit Order Number the next day at www.ninjavan.sg.
Additional charges apply for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We currently offer only registered mail for our international customers. For orders below SGD450, a flat rate of SGD60 will be charged. Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If there are major festivals in your country, it may take even longer.
After your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider, you may track the delivery status of your parcel at www.ups.com.

2. RETURN POLICY
At Wayne Pte Ltd, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, to familiarize yourself with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights and remedies.
It is advisable to inspect the goods delivered to you. If the goods delivered are of unacceptable quality/do not match the description or picture provided, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.
Wayne Pte Ltd has the right to reject any return, exchange or refund if deemed unfit or unreasonable. If your return is not approved, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable.
Our Returns Policy only applies when you make a purchase from our website. Returns must be done within 10 working days from the day the goods were delivered to you. You may only return your purchase(s) if:

The item received does not match the product description.

You received the wrong item in your package.

Your products are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Upon return:

Goods must be returned in the original packaging, with the original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received.

Attach the invoice received together with the return form provided.

All sealed items must not be opened.

The product must not have been used.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and simply contact our Customer Service Team.

Our Customer Service Team will verify the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you.

Our courier company will pick up the package at the time specified by you.

We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
If your return is valid, we will offer you one of the following options:

Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Wayne Pte Ltd’s expense. Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 24 hours with the replacement product delivery time.

Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

Refund: Our Customer Service Team will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment you opted for.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
